A surprisingly delightful side dish.
1 lb carrots,
peeled and sliced (6 medium size carrots)
¾ cup (6 oz) Tree Top Frozen Concentrate Apple Juice, thawed
Place carrots in a medium saucepan, add apple juice concentrate and
butter. Place over high heat and cook until liquid has almost
disappeared and carrots are caramelized. Be sure to shake the pan often
during the end of cooking to prevent burning.
Serve immediately. A tasty side for almost any meal.
