Honeycrisp Cocktail


1 oz Knob Creek Rye Bourbon
1 1/2 oz Tree Top Fresh Pressed Honeycrisp
1/4 oz Maple Syrup
1/2 oz Egg Whites
1 dash Angostura Bitters


Measure ingredients 1-4 into shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into glass with ice. Top with Angostura Bitter. Garnish with thin apple slice and serve.
