Easy Apple Butter

Makes four 8 oz jars
A tasty breakfast spread. Just like your Grandma used to make!
Ingredients
5 cups Tree Top Apple Sauce
½ cup Tree Top Apple Cider
1 cup brown sugar
1-½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground allspice
¾ teaspoon ground cloves
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions:
Mix apple sauce, brown sugar, apple cider and spices together. Pour mixture into a 5 quart crock pot. Turn crock pot on high and cook for 4 hours. Stir mixture and reduce heat to medium, cook additional 10 to 12 hours until mixture boils down in half. Ladle into sterilized jars and seal with two piece lids. Boil in boiling water bath for 10 minutes. Store any opened jars in the refrigerator.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve on toast, bagels or English muffins.
