Apple Sauce Muffins
Makes three dozen
Ingredients
1 cup margarine, softened
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
3 teaspoons vanilla
4 cups flour
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoons allspice
3 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups Tree Top Apple Sauce
Directions:
Mix together sugar, margarine, eggs and 1 teaspoon of the vanilla until creamy. Sift flour and spices and add to sugar mixture. Blend 2 teaspoons vanilla into apple sauce and add baking soda. Add apple sauce mixture to batter and spoon into muffin tins half full. Bake at 400 F for 12 minutes.
