Apple Crisp

Serves 8
Ingredients
4 cups Fresh Apple Slices, peeled
1 cup Tree Top Apple Juice
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp quick cooking tapioca
½ cup flour
⅓ cup butter
½ cup rolled oats
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients together in a large bowl and mix well. Pour into an 8″ X 8″ baking dish. Combine flour and butter in a small bowl and mix with a fork or pastry blender until crumbly. Mix in oats. Sprinkle this mixture over apples and bake at 375 F for 30 minutes.
