Low Cal Herb Salad Dressing

Shake before using

Apple Sauce adds the right consistency for this delightful dressing to stay on the greens, while using less oil.

Ingredients

½ cup Tree Top Apple Sauce
½ cup water
⅓ cup cider vinegar
¼ cup vegetable oil
½ teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon thyme
2 tablespoons pectin
½ teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 or 2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons dried parsley

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake. Store in the refrigerator.
