Delicious brushed on beef tenderloins or salmon filets. This sauce can also be used as a marinade.
1 cup Tree Top Apple Juice or Cider
1 can French
1 cup chili
1 tablespoon soy
2 cloves garlic,
fresh ginger root, chopped
Chinese five-spice powder
In a medium-size saucepan on high heat, add all ingredients and bring
to a boil, then simmer for 7 minutes until thick. Brush on meat and
grill. Be sure to sear the meat on both sides. If any sauce remains
after grilling, brush on top or serve on the side.
Sauce can be served on the side.
